Always one for getting myself into trouble (!!!), on top of the day job at Olmec, I am working with a group of committed activists who want to establish an ethical, meat-free grocery in Southampton. More than just a health food shop, and the founding group being highly committed, the idea excited me enough for me to offer my input to help them make it happen. Not an earner as such but a great way for me to put my skills into practice to benefit my wider community!
